– Recognize how barriers are produced by systemic patterns, rather than individual fixes alone.
– Understand how barriers interact to shape belonging (or exclusion) through a deeper practice called meta-reflexivity.
Identify leverage points within your spheres of influence – micro-moments where your decisions, assumptions, or actions can mitigate barriers.
