The Life & Wellness workshop series is an ideal way to find new meaning in life, and a sense of belonging with others. You’ll walk away with a collection of authentic stories that you can use at the next job interview, keynote, or memoir. You’ll also receive a set of appreciations from your cohort – a helpful reminder any time you need that boost of confidence! 

With a cohort of up to 8, participants will meet for 5 weeks virtually, 1.5 hour per week, and share stories from the comfort of their own home. No prior writing experience is necessary. Just two pages a week to form new friendships, and to start creating a time capsule of your journey!

Expert Guidance: Gayathri Shukla is a certified instructor, and will lead you through discussions to prepare you for writing your life stories. You will also receive weekly prompts on carefully selected themes.
