Embarking on an equity, diversity, and inclusion journey? 

This program is designed to help you learn how you can discover your starting point in your equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) journey and map out a roadmap for your desired vision.

 Through surveys and focus group design, you will learn to implement methods that uncover the true needs of your employees, leading to better outcomes in attracting and retaining diverse talent.

Participants will receive a certification of completion after a total of 22 hours of instruction per the curriculum modules below

This program is eligible for application to the Canada Alberta Job Grant.


Research Plan - Module 1 (4 hours): Learn how to incorporate methods of quantitative and qualitative data-gathering to measure internal organizational readiness for EDI.
Listening Lab Design - Module 2 (4 hours): Learn how to design listening labs that facilitate a reflective dialog with team members, and capture their lived experiences.
Maturity Assessment - Module 3 (6 hours) - Learn how to incorporate EDI best practices in the talent lifecycle process (recruitment, retention, advancement).
Framework Planning - Module 4 (8 hours) - Learn how to design an EDI action plan and framework to communicate the desired vision.
