We partner with organizations to navigate complexity and change. Led by Gayathri Shukla, our award-winning advisory and facilitation practice centers lived experience storytelling as a source of insight, alongside data and strategy.

As a social enterprise, our work extends into leading community storytelling projects. This summer, we are proud to publish The Fires We Lit!

Across boardrooms, classrooms, and community circles, her work is shaped by a simple but powerful belief: stories help us see what data alone can miss. Her approach is shaped by her deep leadership experience and doctoral research.

Gayathri is a TEDx speaker, radio-podcast host of Hearth 2 Heart, lead author of Landed and The Fires We Litand recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal. For the story behind how a career in engineering became Campfire Kinship, read her Founder letter.
