Where story helps teams find connection and clarity
We partner with organizations to navigate complexity and change. Led by Gayathri Shukla, our award-winning advisory and facilitation practice centers lived experience storytelling as a source of insight, alongside data and strategy.
As a social enterprise, our work extends into leading community storytelling projects. This summer, we are proud to publish The Fires We Lit!

Founder’s Story
A serious multi-hyphenate, Gayathri founded Campfire Kinship® in 2020 after two decades in engineering in the energy and mining sector.
Across boardrooms, classrooms, and community circles, her work is shaped by a simple but powerful belief: stories help us see what data alone can miss. Her approach is shaped by her deep leadership experience and doctoral research.
Gayathri is a TEDx speaker, radio-podcast host of Hearth 2 Heart, lead author of Landed and The Fires We Lit, and recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal. For the story behind how a career in engineering became Campfire Kinship, read her Founder letter.
